You can contact us by clicking on the "Requests" page on the left side of your screen once you are logged into your portal.  If having issues with your login credentials and/or registering, please email us at general@epicamlv.com for further assistance.

 

Registering for your Homeowner Portal

If you do not have credentials for your association's portal, you'll need to register for an account. Please see options below on how to proceed with registering.

Homeowners with a Portal Key

1. From Vantaca Home's Login page, click the Sign Up link.

2. Enter the following information and click the Sign Up button to complete:

  • Account # and Registration Key: These are included in the association's Welcome Letter.
  • Email
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Password
  • Confirm password

Homeowners without a Portal Key

1. From Vantaca Home's Login page, click the Sign Up link.

2. Click the Don't have an account number or registration key? link.

3. Enter the following information and click the Request button to complete:

    • Email
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Property address
    • Association Name
    • Account # (if available)

Requesting an account number and registration key is not an automated process. Please allow up to 2 business days for a member of our team to respond to your new account request.
